How we can help
Wi-Fi, printer and home-technology help reconnects routers, printers, tablets and other devices without a wall of jargon. We can troubleshoot weak or dropping Wi-Fi, set up a new router or printer, and identify when a broadband line or network hardware needs its provider or a separate quote.
Common problems we can help with
- Weak or dropping Wi-Fi
- Printer setup
- New router setup
- Devices that will not connect
Repairs and improvements available
Remote help or a visit?
We map which devices fail, check the router and connection symptoms, then work through setup or configuration steps. Remote support can handle many settings; a visit may be useful when equipment, cabling or room-based checks are needed, and broadband line faults may need the internet provider.
Attended remote help is available wherever you are for problems that can be handled on screen. You remain in control throughout. If hands-on attention is needed, we can arrange a Bristol or nearby visit; longer journeys can be discussed where practical.
Before work starts
- Broadband line faults may need the internet provider
- Network hardware is quoted separately
What to have ready
- Have the router, printer and affected device powered on.
- Keep connection details to hand during the session; do not include passwords in the enquiry form.
- Note which devices connect and which do not.
Keep passwords and private documents out of your enquiry. We’ll discuss any access needed during the session.
What happens next
- Describe the symptoms through the contact form, or call us.
- We suggest the most practical route: remote help, a Bristol-area visit or a wider visit by arrangement.
- You approve the likely charge before repair work begins.
Your questions answered
Can you set up a printer or router remotely?
Often, yes, if the device is powered on and you can follow attended steps. A visit may be needed for cabling or equipment checks.
What if the broadband line is faulty?
We can help separate Wi-Fi and setup symptoms from a line fault; the internet provider handles faults on its broadband service.
How much is help?
Remote help is £25 per 30 minutes. A Bristol-area visit is £65 including the first hour; network hardware and agreed travel are separate.
