Raise a concern
Email help@computerambulance.co.uk, call 07525 751122, or use the contact form. You do not need to use legal language or a particular form. We can discuss another practical way to communicate if you need an adjustment.
Tell us what happened, when the work took place, how we can contact you and what you would like us to do. A booking or invoice reference is helpful if available. Please leave out passwords and bank security details.
What happens next
We acknowledge the concern, review the relevant work and records, and ask for any information reasonably needed. We explain our findings and any proposed remedy. If an investigation takes longer, we keep you informed. We consider the consumer rights that apply rather than relying only on a manufacturer's warranty.
Data protection complaints
Use the same contact routes for a concern about personal information; marking the message “Privacy complaint” helps us recognise it. We acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days of receipt, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome.
A request to access, correct or delete data is handled under the relevant data-rights time limits, normally one month. It is not put on hold just because there is also a complaint. Read our privacy notice for more detail.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are concerned about how your information is used or how we handle your complaint.
If we cannot resolve it
We provide our final position and, where required, information about a suitable approved alternative dispute resolution provider, including whether we are obliged or willing to take part.
You can obtain independent consumer advice from Citizens Advice. This complaints process does not prevent you from using your statutory rights or taking a claim to a court with jurisdiction.
